A Leadership Insight
I was reading this familiar passage and my mind reflected on how do we as leaders become “idea factories” to the point where new ideas, inventions, concepts, patents, strategies and solutions are revealed to us daily.
When this becomes true, we need to understand and value each “precious seed” idea and have a system to capture and water them. By meditating and asking for godly wisdom on how to improve the lives of humanity, our paths will be made clear and God will get the glory.
If we start with the belief that there is a heavenly solution to every problem that we face, we will be able to build up our faith for the manifestation. The scripture tells us: “We also know that what can be seen was made out of what cannot be seen.” This holds true for the power of “ideas”.
As we study the word and seek the heart and mind of Christ, we often are given ideas “the currency of influence and change”. They may come as suggestion glimpses but we need a journaling system to capture these heavenly thoughts and to meditate on them to allow the holly spirit to germinate that seed thought.
One idea can transform lives and remove suffering as we are the solution: “I am sure what we are suffering now cannot compare with the glory that will be shown to us. In fact, all creation is eagerly waiting for God to show who his children are.” Romans 8:18-19 CEV
Our responsibility:
““You are the light of [Christ to] the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good deeds and moral excellence, and [recognize and honor and] glorify your Father who is in heaven.”
Matthew 5:14-16 AMP
Our promise:
“The Lord is the portion of my inheritance, my cup [He is all I need]; You support my lot. I will bless the Lord who has counseled me; Indeed, my heart (mind) instructs me in the night. You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.” Psalms 16:5, 7, 11 AMP
“The Lord will open the storehouses of the skies where he keeps the rain, and he will send rain on your land at just the right times. He will make you successful in everything you do. You will have plenty of money to lend to other nations, but you won’t need to borrow any yourself.” Deuteronomy 28:12 CEV
I decree that we, the believers, are the soil – that expanse of land, that area of ground, especially in terms of ownership or use that is ready to receive the rain from heaven. Amen
Understand, everyone will not understand because of the lack of revelation:
“Then the disciples came to Him and asked, “Why do You speak to the crowds in parables?”
Jesus replied to them, “To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been granted.
For whoever has [spiritual wisdom because he is receptive to God’s word], to him more will be given, and he will be richly and abundantly supplied; but whoever does not have [spiritual wisdom because he has devalued God’s word], even what he has will be taken away from him.
This is the reason I speak to the crowds in parables: because while [having the power of] seeing they do not see, and while [having the power of] hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand and grasp [spiritual things].
In them the prophecy of Isaiah is being fulfilled, which says, ‘You will hear and keep on hearing, but never understand; And you will look and keep on looking, but never comprehend;”. Matthew 13:10-14 AMP
It is my prayer today that you now value your ideas and treat them as “precious seed” and “Faith makes us sure of what we hope for and gives us proof of what we cannot see. It was their faith that made our ancestors pleasing to God.”
Be Blessed!
Be a Blessing!
“Faith makes us sure of what we hope for and gives us proof of what we cannot see. It was their faith that made our ancestors pleasing to God.
Because of our faith, we know that the world was made at God’s command.
We also know that what can be seen was made out of what cannot be seen.”
Hebrews 11:1-3 CEV
