A Leadership Insight from Vision Multiplier International https://visionmultiplierllc.com/
I was reflecting on these scriptures this morning and the idea that, as leaders, when we find ourselves in the center of significant changes which are causing us to question our effectiveness or to feel the loss of control, we often yearn for organization to be restored – making us feel successful.
We must learn that elevation is disruptive and stressful until we internally grow and mature to the new level of inner peace – despite the external chaos of the storm.
We can find peace, rest and hope!
“Peace I leave with you; My [perfect] peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid. [Let My perfect peace calm you in every circumstance and give you courage and strength for every challenge.]”
John 14:27 AMP

With every battle, there are multiple perspectives, strategies and priorities.
Everyone on the team and or in the family may see the change differently despite having the same purpose or goal – to win.
Each will bring their different strategies and tactics based on their understanding; however, when the transition is complete, we all will celebrate together.
The extreme change/ transitions will conjure up emotions of uncertainty and ambiguity, eventually moving to curiosity.
We may also feel a sense of lost organization until we grow to the level of feeling confident and organized again.
The Bible would describe the process as moving from faith to faith:
“For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.”
Romans 1:17 KJV
Amen
During this transition, we must seek out and place our hope on the rock – seeking out sure things (beliefs and principles) in scripture therefore allowing us to stay anchored in Christ.
Through this journey, the Holy Ghost will lead us and guide us into all truth.
The Bible say it this way:
“The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.”
Psalm 18:2 KJV
“Truly my soul waiteth upon God: From him cometh my salvation.
He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved.”
Psalm 62:1-2 KJV
“Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.”
John 16:13 KJV
Amen
In conclusion, we, the leaders have the responsibility to fix our eyes forward, focused on the mark of the higher calling in Christ while doing the work of preparation.
We must daily put on the whole armor of God, search the scripture, receive the revelation knowledge, document our plan and execute the plan for this season!
We must be bold in our actions and take dominion over our emotions, our feelings and the situation – always giving honor and glory to God.
We have to trust the Word, wisdom and plan of God. The Bible states it this way:
“And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward: not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;”
2 Corinthians 3:4-5 KJV
Selah
When we successfully execute this daily plan, we will be able to look back and see what the Lord has done and how He has made all our crooked ways- straight!
We praise your name, Jesus!
Amen
Be Blessed!
Be a Blessing!
“Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut;
I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:
and I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel.
For Jacob my servant’s sake, and Israel mine elect, I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me.
I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me: that they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me.
I am the LORD, and there is none else.”
Isaiah 45:1-6 KJV
