My Steadfast Love

A Leadership Insight from Vision Multiplier International https://visionmultiplierllc.wordpress.com/

I was reflecting on these scriptures and the thought how the generational wealth of wisdom can be the greatest asset that we, as leaders, possess.

Each of us are destined to achieve great things in and through Christ!

“For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome.”

Jeremiah 29:11 AMPC

We are given the dream and visions that are beyond our natural abilities – requiring us to depend on Christ!

God knows that we will make mistakes but God will honor his covenant.

”He [Solomon] shall build a house for my name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever. I will be to him a father, and he shall be to me a son. When he commits iniquity, I will discipline him with the rod of men, with the stripes of the sons of men,“ 2 Samuel 7:13-14 ESV

Selah

This is encouraging because the Lord loves us so much and he honors his covenants and his word will not return void.

I am grateful that God’s promises are not bound by time. His covenant remains across generations -starting with Abram [Abraham]!

”Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee: and I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: and I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.“

Genesis 12:1-3 KJV

Then we see Gods work in David’s generation:

”Now therefore so shalt thou say unto my servant David, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, I took thee from the sheepcote, from following the sheep, to be ruler over my people, over Israel: and I was with thee whithersoever thou wentest, and have cut off all thine enemies out of thy sight, and have made thee a great name, like unto the name of the great men that are in the earth.“

2 Samuel 7:8-9 KJV

Now we see God’s faithfulness continuing with Solomon:

“And when your days [David] are fulfilled and you sleep with your fathers, I will set up after you your offspring [Solomon] who shall be born to you, and I will establish his kingdom.

He shall build a house for My Name [and My Presence], and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever. I will be his Father, and he shall be My son.

When he commits iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men and with the stripes of the sons of men.

But My mercy and loving-kindness shall not depart from him, as I took [them] from Saul, whom I took away from before you.

And your house and your kingdom shall be made sure forever before you; your throne shall be established forever.”

2 Samuel 7:12-16 AMPC

Lastly. We see the covenant manifested in Christ.

”And this is God’s plan: Both Gentiles and Jews who believe the Good News share equally in the riches inherited by God’s children.

Both are part of the same body, and both enjoy the promise of blessings because they belong to Christ Jesus.“

Ephesians 3:6 NLT

Amen

In closing, we are blessed to serve a God that shows steadfast love – always!

He has and continues to make wisdom and understanding our portion – today!

We must continue to stand on His word and the covenant made with Abraham our father and ask for wisdom so that we can navigate life effectively.

Be Blessed!

Be a Blessing!

”For he [Solomon] had dominion over all the region on this side the river, from Tiphsah even to Azzah, over all the kings on this side the river: and he had peace on all sides round about him.

And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea shore.

And Solomon’s wisdom excelled the wisdom of all the children of the east country, and all the wisdom of Egypt.

For he was wiser than all men; than Ethan the Ezrahite, and Heman, and Chalcol, and Darda, the sons of Mahol: and his fame was in all nations round about.

And he spake three thousand proverbs: and his songs were a thousand and five.

And he spake of trees, from the cedar tree that is in Lebanon even unto the hyssop that springeth out of the wall: he spake also of beasts, and of fowl, and of creeping things, and of fishes.

And there came of all people to hear the wisdom of Solomon, from all kings of the earth, which had heard of his wisdom.“

We Have Done Our Duty

A Leadership Insight from Vision Multiplier International https://visionmultiplierllc.wordpress.com/

I was reflecting on this scripture this morning and the thought that, as leaders, excellence is never achieved through minimum levels of effort – whether ours or the efforts of others.

As we grow in the Word of God, we strive to grow to the Jesus standard!

I am grateful for Apostle Paul when he wrote:

”I press on toward the goal to win the [supreme and heavenly] prize to which God in Christ Jesus is calling us upward.“

Philippians 3:14 AMPC

We all spend and invest our life into the things that matter most to us. These things occupy our minds, speech and hearts. Scriptures reminds us that we should:

”Keep our heart with all diligence; For out of it are the issues of life.“. Proverbs 4:23 KJV

There is a false narrative in society that if we do the bare minimums we will get the maximum reward.

Spiritually, it is true that we are saved by grace but growing our faith in Christ requires effort!

The “minimum” effort approach will directly impact our pace of growth and maturation in Christ, business, ministry, relationships, and health.

Progress requires intentional engagement and effort and many of us are challenged with how to be a peak performer on all fronts.

One strategy is to make basic habit changes as a priority in “this season” until they become who we are. This is the process of healing from the inside out.

A second strategy is to create capacity through building and maintaining biblical belief and operating systems.

As we sow intentional time seeds into studying and doing the Word, our time harvest (capacity) will grow.

We learn lessons like:

”And they have overcome (conquered) him by means of the blood of the Lamb and by the utterance of their testimony, ….“

Revelation 12:11a AMPC

And

”But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.“

Matthew 13:23 KJV

When we make changes internally, our priorities begin to align our mind, body and spirit with Christ.

We then begin to receive innovative ideas and solutions from the Holy Spirit. Our angels, ministering spirits, also bring in support and resources to help us accomplish the great commission.

As we persist and are steadfast, blessing and favour will overtake us.

In closing, Lord this is our prayer: Order our steps in your word today as we learn of you and your will. Search our hearts and reveal anything that is not of you so that we may address it and press toward the mark of excellence!

Be Blessed!

Be a Blessing!

”Will any man of you who has a servant plowing or tending sheep say to him when he has come in from the field, Come at once and take your place at the table?

Will he not instead tell him, Get my supper ready and gird yourself and serve me while I eat and drink; then afterward you yourself shall eat and drink?

Is he grateful and does he praise the servant because he did what he was ordered to do?

Even so on your part, when you have done everything that was assigned and commanded you, say, We are unworthy servants [possessing no merit, for we have not gone beyond our obligation]; we have [merely] done what was our duty to do.“

Rest in Hope

A Leadership Insight from Vision Multiplier International https://visionmultiplierllc.wordpress.com/

I was reflecting on this scripture this morning and my heart just kept coming to the thought of how we all must get to the place that our hope and trust is ONLY in the Lord!

I am grateful that the scripture says we can just dwell under the shadow of the almighty when we just need to rest, reflect and recover.

”He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: My God; in him will I trust.“. Psalm 91:1-2 KJV

It is because we choose to put our trust and hope in Christ, we are able to tap into his endless flow of grace and mercies.

”It is of the LORD’s mercies that we are not consumed,

Because his compassions fail not.

They are new every morning: Great is thy faithfulness.

The LORD is my portion, saith my soul;

Therefore will I hope in him.“

Lamentations 3:22-24 KJV

Amen

As leaders, we sometimes try and figure everything out, lose our peace, become discouraged and lose our hope. The Bible reminds us that there is a better way:

”Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: But when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life.“

Proverbs 13:12 KJV

”Therefore I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.“. Micah 7:7 KJV

It is my prayer that we, the leaders, allow ourselves to be vulnerable and transparent with God as he is concerned about that which concerns us.

”For I the Lord your God hold your right hand; I am the Lord, Who says to you, Fear not; I will help you!“. Isaiah 41:13 AMPC

He is our hope and we choose to just rest in Him!

Be Blessed!

Be A Blessing!

”I will bless the LORD, who hath given me counsel:

My reins also instruct me in the night seasons. I have set the LORD always before me:

Because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: My flesh also shall rest in hope.“

Psalm 16:7-9 KJV

All That is Mine is Yours

A Leadership Insight from Vision Multiplier International https://visionmultiplierllc.wordpress.com/

I was reflecting on this scripture this morning and the thought that, like the eldest brother, if we allow the comparison spirit (envy) to occupy our minds and hearts, we can easily lose sight of our blessings that surround us every day.

Scripture shows us the destructive nature of envy: “A sound heart is the life of the flesh: But envy the rottenness of the bones.“

Proverbs 14:30 KJV

As leaders, we are often given or assume additional responsibilities with the goal of ensuring that the company/ ministry/ family is successful; however, often others appear to have a different selfish agenda.

I am reminded: “…For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.“. Luke 12:48 KJV

Though we see evidence that others are making self centered decisions, we must be encouraged and focus on doing what is right in the eyes of the Lord.

As owners- joint heirs, we cannot afford to lose (defer) hope and sight of our abundance.

”Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: But when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life.“

Proverbs 13:12 KJV

Scripture also reminds us:

”Whatever you do [whatever your task may be], work from the soul [that is, put in your very best effort], as [something done] for the Lord and not for men, knowing [with all certainty] that it is from the Lord [not from men] that you will receive the inheritance which is your [greatest] reward. It is the Lord Christ whom you [actually] serve.“

Colossians 3:23-24 AMP

”[looking away from all that will distract us and] focusing our eyes on Jesus, who is the Author and Perfecter of faith [the first incentive for our belief and the One who brings our faith to maturity], who for the joy [of accomplishing the goal] set before Him endured the cross, disregarding the shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God [revealing His deity, His authority, and the completion of His work].“

Hebrews 12:2 AMP

Amen

In closing, it is my prayer that our eyes may be opened to see the wiles of the enemy, to guard our hearts and to not stagger at the promises of God.

How much more will our Heavenly Father give us:

”If you then, evil (sinful by nature) as you are, know how to give good and advantageous gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven [perfect as He is] give what is good and advantageous to those who keep on asking Him.“. Matthew 7:11 AMP

Eyes have not seen what God has in store for us:

”but just as it is written [in Scripture], “Things which the eye has not seen and the ear has not heard, And which have not entered the heart of man, All that God has prepared for those who love Him [who hold Him in affectionate reverence, who obey Him, and who gratefully recognize the benefits that He has bestowed].”“. 1 Corinthians 2:9 AMP

Others may get their portion but we own it all!

Be Blessed!

Be a Blessing!

”“Now his older son was in the field; and when he returned and approached the house, he heard music and dancing.

So he summoned one of the servants and began asking what this [celebration] meant.

And he said to him, ‘Your brother has come, and your father has killed the fattened calf because he has received him back safe and sound.’

But the elder brother became angry and deeply resentful and was not willing to go in; and his father came out and began pleading with him.

But he said to his father, ‘Look! These many years I have served you, and I have never neglected or disobeyed your command. Yet you have never given me [so much as] a young goat, so that I might celebrate with my friends;

but when this [other] son of yours arrived, who has devoured your estate with immoral women, you slaughtered that fattened calf for him!’

The father said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and all that is mine is yours.

But it was fitting to celebrate and rejoice, for this brother of yours was [as good as] dead and has begun to live. He was lost and has been found.’ ”“

That is Wisdom

A Leadership Insight from Vision Multiplier International https://visionmultiplierllc.wordpress.com/

I was reflecting on this scripture this morning and was simply in awe with the realization of how precious the Word of God is.

We live in a world with increasing issues/ conflicts that, as leaders, we must anchor our souls knowing that the only real solution will be a heavenly solution given by Christ!

Christ has made it so that we don’t have to bear the burden and weight of the moment. We can rest in and trust him.

”Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me [following Me as My disciple], for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest (renewal, blessed quiet) for your souls.“

Matthew 11:29 AMP

Christ has also provided us access to godly wisdom so , by faith, we can download solutions for this hurting world. Scripture reminds us that:

“…the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom…”

Job 28:28 KJV

”If any of you lacks wisdom [to guide him through a decision or circumstance], he is to ask of [our benevolent] God, who gives to everyone generously and without rebuke or blame, and it will be given to him.

But he must ask [for wisdom] in faith, without doubting [God’s willingness to help], for the one who doubts is like a billowing surge of the sea that is blown about and tossed by the wind.

For such a person ought not to think or expect that he will receive anything [at all] from the Lord,“

James 1:5-7 AMP

The responsibility for seeking is on us:

”Then you will call on Me and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear [your voice] and I will listen to you.

Then [with a deep longing] you will seek Me and require Me [as a vital necessity] and [you will] find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.

I will be found by you,’ says the Lord, ‘and I will restore your fortunes and I will [free you and] gather you from all the nations and from all the places where I have driven you,’ says the Lord, ‘and I will bring you back to the place from where I sent you into exile.’“

Jeremiah 29:12-14 AMP

By faith, we believe and cling to his promise:

”“Thus says the Lord who made the earth, the Lord who formed it to establish it—the Lord is His name, ‘Call to Me and I will answer you, and tell you [and even show you] great and mighty things, [things which have been confined and hidden], which you do not know and understand and cannot distinguish.’

Behold, [in the restored Jerusalem] I will bring to it health and healing, and I will heal them; and I will reveal to them an abundance of peace (prosperity, security, stability) and truth.

I will cleanse them from all their wickedness (guilt) by which they have sinned against Me, and I will pardon (forgive) all their sins by which they rebelled against Me.

Jerusalem will be to Me a name of joy, praise and glory before all the nations of the earth which will hear of all the good that I do for it, and they shall fear and tremble because of all the good and all the peace (prosperity, security, stability) that I provide for it.’“

Jeremiah 33:2-3, 6, 8-9 AMP

In closing: let us press in , do the Word, and see the Lord Be glorified.

”“Look, I have taught you statutes and judgments just as the Lord my God has commanded me, so that you may do them in the land which you are entering to possess.

So keep and do them, for that is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the peoples who will hear all these statutes and say, ‘Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.’

For what great nation is there that has a god so near to it as the Lord our God [is to us] whenever we call on Him?“

Deuteronomy 4:5-7 AMP

That is wisdom that is freely available to us!

Be Blessed!

Be a Blessing!

”And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; And to depart from evil is understanding.“

Living the Good Life

A Leadership Insight from Vision Multiplier International https://visionmultiplierllc.wordpress.com/

I was reflecting on these scriptures this morning and the thought of how there is a continuous demand on us, as leaders, to truly be intentional how we sow the seeds of our time, our talents and our treasures.

Where we sow these seeds demonstrates what we value!

Pursuing excellence with our time, our talent and our treasures will demand us to make changes for growth.

”For we are His workmanship [His own master work, a work of art], created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, ready to be used] for good works, which God prepared [for us] beforehand [taking paths which He set], so that we would walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us].“. Ephesians 2:10 AMP

Setting excellence as the standard, we must strive to achieve higher spiritual progress in Christ.

Scripture reminds us:

”….But we have the mind of Christ [to be guided by His thoughts and purposes].“

1 Corinthians 2:16 AMP

Enriching the ground of our heart, will provide the necessary growth. It is the success system that never fails.

”Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the [Holy] Spirit who is from God, so that we may know and understand the [wonderful] things freely given to us by God.

We also speak of these things, not in words taught or supplied by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining and interpreting spiritual thoughts with spiritual words [for those being guided by the Holy Spirit].

1 Corinthians 2:12-13 AMP

But what should be our measuring stick because this walk with Christ is not about works but a journey of grace?

”For it is by grace [God’s remarkable compassion and favor drawing you to Christ] that you have been saved [actually delivered from judgment and given eternal life] through faith.

And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [not through your own effort], but it is the [undeserved, gracious] gift of God; not as a result of [your] works [nor your attempts to keep the Law], so that no one will [be able to] boast or take credit in any way [for his salvation].“

Ephesians 2:8-9 AMP

In conclusion, if we desire a more excellent way or outcome, we have to take ownership and make it so:

For we are … created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, ready to be used] for good works, which God prepared [for us] beforehand [taking paths which He set] so that we would walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us].“

I pray and decree that we will “…judge all things [question, examination and apply what the Holy Spirit reveals]” to us by faith in Jesus name!

When we do, we will get a taste of and see the manifestation of Living the Good Life.

Be Blessed!

Be a Blessing!

”And He raised us up together with Him [when we believed], and seated us with Him in the heavenly places, [because we are] in Christ Jesus, [and He did this] so that in the ages to come He might [clearly] show the immeasurable and unsurpassed riches of His grace in [His] kindness toward us in Christ Jesus [by providing for our redemption].

For it is by grace [God’s remarkable compassion and favor drawing you to Christ] that you have been saved [actually delivered from judgment and given eternal life] through faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [not through your own effort], but it is the [undeserved, gracious] gift of God;

not as a result of [your] works [nor your attempts to keep the Law], so that no one will [be able to] boast or take credit in any way [for his salvation].

For we are His workmanship [His own master work, a work of art], created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, ready to be used] for good works, which God prepared [for us] beforehand [taking paths which He set], so that we would walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us].“

With Good Will Doing Service

A Leadership Insight from Vision Multiplier International https://visionmultiplierllc.wordpress.com/

I was reflecting this morning on these scriptures and the idea of how “service” can be a differentiator in the marketplace.

Not service solely with our words but, as leaders, having service to others being our primary daily intent – our DNA.

Oftentimes the marketplace feels complicated and crowded with more ideas and new products (old or innovative) to meet a need or to solve a problem.

However, all products and services are or should be designed to meet the needs of people who have emotions and feelings that must be met.

To the degree that we demonstrate service excellence and meet these emotional needs and feelings in the delivery of solutions – while building trust – our success can be assured.

Scripture reminds us of just two core principles (commandments) related to service.

“You shall love your neighbor as [you do] yourself. [Lev. 19:18.]“. Matthew 22:39 AMPC

This second commandment is about loving our neighbor as our selves which creates the base line behavior for all successful interactions.

Regardless of the background, gender, race, religion or belief systems, everyone on earth is “our neighbor” whom we are to serve with intentionality.

And by doing the great commandment, we will find grace, favor and success from the Lord In our business, community and family.

OMG

But upon further reflection, unfortunately, many of us do not yet love ourselves and therefore need a biblical solution for that.

The blessing is that this solution is found in the first commandment which is:

“…You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind (intellect). [Deut. 6:5.] “ Matthew 22:37 AMPC

As we learn to love the lord, we learn how much he loves us, created us and equips us to love ourselves – the core ingredient to be of service to others.

This is the great (most important) principal and first commandment for a reason.

In conclusion, it is my sincere prayer that as we enter the marketplace each day that we will have a mission/intent to strive for “service excellence” to our selves and our neighbors.

And we will By faith!

In Jesus Name.

Be blessed!

Be a Blessing!

”Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;

not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;

with good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:

knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.“

The Thoughts and Motives of a Man

A Leadership Insight from Vision Multiplier International https://visionmultiplierllc.wordpress.com/

I was reflecting this morning on this scripture and the thought of how it is vital for us as leaders to learn how to have successful interactions/ relationships with others.

Relationship building with others requires us to use the spirit of discernment because the behaviors we may be observing with our eyes may be a distraction from the real drivers and motivators for the individual – what’s in their heart.

Scripture tells us: “If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.“

Romans 12:18 KJV

We may find that underneath the observed present behaviors is often a person who is hurting and searching for answers or are preoccupied with their issues and concerns. They may simply need us, as the leader, to hear and recognize their pain, to discern their need and to pray either with them or for them to intercede on their behalf for gods favor and peace to rest in them. We have the solution that everyone needs and that is Jesus.

There is no problem, ailment or situation that Jesus can’t resolve. We, his followers, have to be led by the spirit to discern the problem and to speak life into the persons situation. Amen.

Be Blessed!

Be a Blessing!

”For what person knows the thoughts and motives of a man except the man’s spirit within him?

So also no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.

Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the [Holy] Spirit who is from God, so that we may know and understand the [wonderful] things freely given to us by God.

We also speak of these things, not in words taught or supplied by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining and interpreting spiritual thoughts with spiritual words [for those being guided by the Holy Spirit].“

God is Bringing You into a Good Land

A Leadership Insight from Vision Multiplier International https://visionmultiplierllc.wordpress.com/

I was reflecting this morning on the thought that we, the leaders, have provision and blessings all around us. We must purpose in our hearts to stop and see that “it is good” and understand “that it is God”.

No matter the situation, there is evidence that God has and continues to provide for us.

We must trust and believe God. He is our source and sustainer. Below are scripture excerpts that are powerful:

“Every commandment that I am commanding you today you shall be careful to do..”

We must learn the commandments, the ways and heart of God in order for us to “understand and remember”

As we study the commandments and instructions contained in the Bible and meditate on them day and night, we will see success. Our hearts will become full with the word and our belief system will grow.

“And you shall remember [always] all the ways which the Lord your God has led you…”

What may forget that God is still working hard to fulfill his promise made to Abraham.

God was faithful to the children of Israel while they were in the wilderness.

We are descendants of Abraham through Christ Jesus and God still actively performing his word. He is a promise keeper for generations.

“He humbled you and allowed you to be hungry and fed you with manna, [a substance] which you did not know, nor did your fathers know, so that He might make you understand [by personal experience] …”

As leaders, there is a journey that we must travel collectively as a tribe but there is also a “private” journey that each of us must walk.

We cannot borrow the experiences of those before us as “our manna” is tailored to “our need”.

The Lord meets us where we are and provides us with a unique testimony of his goodness, and grace in our lives.

We must: “walk [that is, to live each and every day] in His ways and fear [and worship] Him [with awe-filled reverence and profound respect]. “

Our Promise and Portion:

“when you have eaten and are satisfied, and have built good houses and lived in them, and when your herds and flocks multiply, and your silver and gold multiply, and all that you have increases…”

This is our promise and portion and will forever be our promise and portion if we continue to learn, meditate on and do the commandments contained in his word.

Amen

Be Blessed!

Be a Blessing!

”“Every commandment that I am commanding you today you shall be careful to do, so that you may live and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the Lord swore [to give] to your fathers.

And you shall remember [always] all the ways which the Lord your God has led you these forty years in the wilderness, so that He might humble you and test you, to know what was in your heart (mind), whether you would keep His commandments or not.

He humbled you and allowed you to be hungry and fed you with manna, [a substance] which you did not know, nor did your fathers know, so that He might make you understand [by personal experience] that man does not live by bread alone, but man lives by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of the Lord.

Your clothing did not wear out on you, nor did your feet swell these forty years.

Therefore, know in your heart (be fully cognizant) that the Lord your God disciplines and instructs you just as a man disciplines and instructs his son.

Therefore, you shall keep the commandments of the Lord your God, to walk [that is, to live each and every day] in His ways and fear [and worship] Him [with awe-filled reverence and profound respect].

For the Lord your God is bringing you into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and springs, flowing forth in valleys and hills;

a land of wheat and barley, and vines and fig trees and pomegranates, a land of olive oil and honey;

a land where you will eat bread without shortage, in which you will lack nothing; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills you can dig copper.

When you have eaten and are satisfied, then you shall bless the Lord your God for the good land which He has given you.

“Beware that you do not forget the Lord your God by failing to keep His commandments and His judgments (precepts) and His statutes which I am commanding you today;

otherwise, when you have eaten and are satisfied, and have built good houses and lived in them,

and when your herds and flocks multiply, and your silver and gold multiply, and all that you have increases,

then your heart will become lifted up [by self-conceit and arrogance] and you will forget the Lord your God who brought you from the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.“

Endure

A Leadership Insight from Vision Multiplier International https://visionmultiplierllc.wordpress.com/

I was reflecting on this scripture this morning and the thought that success, as a leader, often is a result of how successful we become at learning to endure. (Def. to carry on through, despite hardships)

OMG

Like the saints of old, when hardships and challenges came, they did not shrink or retract, they relied on the Word of God, the anointing and prayer to take the fight to the enemy.

As leaders of today, we can and must do the same!

The world would have us to think that there is no hope, but:

”There is a way which seems right to a man and appears straight before him, But its end is the way of death.“ Proverbs 14:12 AMP

As believers, the Bible tells us:

”Have this same attitude in yourselves which was in Christ Jesus [look to Him as your example in selfless humility],“ Philippians 2:5 AMP

”The wicked flee when no one pursues them, But the righteous are as bold as a lion.“

Proverbs 28:1 AMP

”Blessed be the Lord, my Rock and my great strength, Who trains my hands for war And my fingers for battle;“. Psalms 144:1 AMP

”Then Caleb quieted the people before Moses, and said, “Let us go up at once and take possession of it; for we will certainly conquer it.”“ Numbers 13:30 AMP

”You are jealous and covet [what others have] and your lust goes unfulfilled; so you murder. You are envious and cannot obtain [the object of your envy]; so you fight and battle. You do not have because you do not ask [it of God].“

James 4:2 AMP

”If any of you lacks wisdom [to guide him through a decision or circumstance], he is to ask of [our benevolent] God, who gives to everyone generously and without rebuke or blame, and it will be given to him.“

James 1:5 AMP

”Finally, believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart].

The things which you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things [in daily life], and the God [who is the source] of peace and well-being will be with you.“ Philippians 4:8-9 AMP

I pray that we will fight the good fight of faith today so that we can endure – to carry on through, despite hardships – to the end!

Be Blessed!

Be a Blessing!

”And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.“ Matthew 24:10-13 KJV
