He Let Them Find Him

A Leadership Insight from Vision Multiplier International https://visionmultiplierllc.com/

I was reflecting on these scriptures this morning and the thought that though God is omniscient and omni present, our finding Him is not an automatic event and therefore – is a precious event!

As leaders, we must be careful not to become callous or distracted and forget our covenant privilege, connection and access that has been granted by our Lord and King.

The Bible says:

“and he went out to meet Asa and said to him, “Hear me, Asa, and all Judah and Benjamin: the Lord is with you while you are with Him. If you seek Him [inquiring for and of Him, as your soul’s first necessity], He will let you find Him; but if you abandon (turn away from) Him, He will abandon (turn away from) you.”

‭‭2 Chronicles‬ ‭15‬:‭2‬ ‭AMP‬‬

We must always be mindful of giving honor where honor is due.

Thank you Lord!

In the natural, leaders in authority have many demands and responsibilities and are diligent about controlling who has access to them.

Only the vetted or qualified gain access to them – by permission.

Failure to create this “access criteria” can cause the organization’s mission to be thwarted, delayed or compromised if those desiring access are not prepared and adequately equipped for the higher level of thinking, communications and decision making.

In the Kingdom of God, He simply asks us to seek Him!

The Word of God tells us:

“But first and most importantly seek (aim at, strive after) His kingdom and His righteousness [His way of doing and being right—the attitude and character of God], and all these things will be given to you also.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6‬:‭33‬ ‭AMP‬‬

“Seek the Lord while He may be found; Call on Him [for salvation] while He is near.”

‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭55‬:‭6‬ ‭AMP‬‬

“Then [with a deep longing] you will seek Me and require Me [as a vital necessity] and [you will] find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. [Deut 4:29, 30]”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭29‬:‭13‬ ‭AMP‬‬

And

““I love those who love me; And those who seek me early and diligently will find me. [1 Sam 2:30; Ps 91:14; John 14:21; James 1:5]”

‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭8‬:‭17‬ ‭AMP‬‬

OMG, thank you Lord!

We are blessed that God provides us with an open invitation, if we would just take the first steps. The Bible says:

“Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: but if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.”

‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭1‬:‭18‬-‭20‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“But without faith it is impossible to [walk with God and] please Him, for whoever comes [near] to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He rewards those who [earnestly and diligently] seek Him.”

‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭11‬:‭6‬ ‭AMP‬‬

In the end, let us reverently worship our Lord and King while it is yet day!

Let us thank Him for His love and mercy towards us!

Let us thank Him for letting us find Him and we can then say:

“Now to Him who is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly more than all that we dare ask or think [infinitely beyond our greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams], according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen.”

‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭3‬:‭20‬-‭21‬ ‭AMP‬‬

Thank you Lord, Amen!

Be Blessed!

Be a Blessing!

“They entered into a covenant (solemn agreement) to seek the Lord God of their fathers with all their heart and soul; and that whoever would not seek the Lord God of Israel, was to be put to death, whether young or old, man or woman.

They swore an oath to the Lord with a loud voice, with [jubilant] shouting, with trumpets, and with horns.

All Judah rejoiced over the oath, for they had sworn with all their heart and had sought Him with their whole heart, and He let them find Him. So the Lord gave them rest on every side.”

‭‭2 Chronicles‬ ‭15‬:‭12‬-‭15‬ ‭AMP‬‬
