A Leadership Insight from Vision Multiplier International https://visionmultiplierllc.com/
I was reflecting on these scriptures this morning and the thought that we, the leaders, must have a proven strategy for addressing conflicts that are steeling our joy.
These conflicts can show up in many forms: an attack on our values, our peace, our ideas, our relationships, our calling and or our health.
The question becomes: What actions should we take, when should these actions be taken and how do we meet the moment in a Christ edifying way?
Yes, we live in a world where others openly share their opinions, beliefs or their experienced facts and others bombard us with studies and data that are or may be factual; however, the real and true work for us is sorting through all of this noise and pressing in to find, recognize and hold onto the wisdom and truths of the Word of God.

Let us be encouraged in these moments as we fight the good fight of faith. The Bible provides us with foundational truths on which to build and rest:
“Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath:
that by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:
which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil; whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.”
Hebrews 6:17-20 KJV

As leaders, we must be clear that we are the initiators of the process. Here are a couple of approaches laid out in the Bible:
““Be still and know (recognize, understand) that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations! I will be exalted in the earth.” The Lord of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our stronghold [our refuge, our high tower]. Selah.”
Psalms 46:10-11 AMP
“Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart And do not rely on your own insight or understanding.”
Proverbs 3:5 AMP
“In all your ways know and acknowledge and recognize Him, And He will make your paths straight and smooth [removing obstacles that block your way].”
Proverbs 3:6 AMP
“For thou art my rock and my fortress; Therefore for thy name’s sake lead me, and guide me. Pull me out of the net that they have laid privily for me: For thou art my strength. Into thine hand I commit my spirit: Thou hast redeemed me, O LORD God of truth.”
Psalm 31:3-5 KJV
Amen
Once we imitate the engagement, we continue to find guidance on how to walk the journey with Christ. The Bible guides us by saying:
“The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: And he delighteth in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: For the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.”
Psalm 37:23-24 KJV
“You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore. [Acts 2:25-28, 31]”
Psalms 16:11 AMP
“Keep thy heart with all diligence; For out of it are the issues of life.”
Proverbs 4:23 KJV
“…To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.”
Hebrews 3:15 KJV
“But speaking the truth in love [in all things—both our speech and our lives expressing His truth], let us grow up in all things into Him [following His example] who is the Head—Christ.”
Ephesians 4:15 AMP
Speak, Lord!
In conclusion, it is my prayer that we, the leaders, will be encouraged and continue to strive daily to be centered in Christ – where we will find the fullness of joy:
“How lovely are Your dwelling places, O Lord of hosts!
My soul (my life, my inner self) longs for and greatly desires the courts of the Lord; My heart and my flesh sing for joy to the living God.
The bird has found a house, And the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young— Even Your altars, O Lord of hosts, My King and my God.
Blessed and greatly favored are those who dwell in Your house and Your presence; They will be singing Your praises all the day long. Selah.
Blessed and greatly favored is the man whose strength is in You, In whose heart are the highways to Zion.”
Psalms 84:1-5 AMP
Thank you Lord for ordering my steps.
In Jesus Name, Amen!
Be Blessed!
Be a Blessing!
“Order my steps in thy word: And let not any iniquity have dominion over me.
Deliver me from the oppression of man: So will I keep thy precepts.
Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; And teach me thy statutes.”
Psalm 119:133-135 KJV
